Dr. Richard Schabas, a former Chief Medical Officer of Health for Ontario spoke about his experience regarding established protocols that were proven to be the most effective in dealing with the spread of respiratory illnesses like SARS and H1N1. Yet, when the Covid 19 pandemic was declared, health authorities across the country totally disregarded these known protocols.
