Joseph discusses his time in F1 living in Europe, working with world-class drivers and on groundbreaking projects. He also sheds light on spearheading the development of Ford's Mustang that will make its Cup debut in 2019 and why the final year of the Fusion is going so well for Kevin Harvick and other drivers.
