Things You Should NEVER Say To A Narcissist

This week on The Narcissist Survivor Society, we're talking about calling out a narcissist. Dr. Robin strongly advises against confronting a narcissist about their narcissism. You might feel like you need to make them understand, to finally get justice, but it will only bring you pain. Narcissists don't self-reflect, they want to protect their fragile egos. Calling them out just gives them ammunition to hurt you. They'll likely respond with rage, gaslighting, or accusing you of being the narcissist. You are playing their game, and they always change the rules. Instead of confronting them, focus on taking care of yourself. You can't fix them, no matter how much you try. You deserve a relationship with balance, respect, compassion, and reciprocity – and that's not something a narcissist can offer.
