तं ते निनादमुपकर्ण्य जनस्तप:स्था:
सत्यस्थिताश्च मुनयो नुनुवुर्भवन्तम् ।
तत्स्तोत्रहर्षुलमना: परिणद्य भूय:-
स्तोयाशयं विपुलमूर्तिरवातरस्त्वम् ॥६॥
Taṁ te ninādamupakarṇya janastapaḥsthāḥsatyasthitāśca munayo nunuvurbhavantam।Tatstotraharṣulamanāḥ pariṇadya bhūyaḥstoyāśayaṁ vipulamūrtiravātarastvam॥ 6 ॥
तं ते निनादम्-that Thine roarउपकर्ण्यhearingजन:-तप:-स्था:the inhabitants of the Jana and Tapa lokasसत्य-स्थिता: -चand those in the Satyalokaमुनय:sagesनुनुवु: -भवन्तम्praised Theeतत्-स्तोत्र-हर्षुल-मना:by their praises pleasedपरिणद्य भूय:roaring againतोयाशयंin the oceanविपुल-मूर्ति: -assuming a huge formअवातर: -त्वम्Thou jumped
Hearing that fierce roar of Thine, the resident sages of the Jana, Tapa and Satya loka praised Thee. Pleased by their praises, Thou assumed a huge form and roaring again jumped into the ocean.
