The State of Oklahoma arrested Amber Hilberling and charged the pregnant 19-year-old with second-degree murder, despite her insistence that she only pushed her husband in self-defense and never meant for him to fall out of the window to his death. In episode 3 of Beautiful Victim or Killer Wife?, prosecutors offered Amber the option to plead guilty and serve five years.
