Drawing from Romans 6:15-23, this message asserts that everyone is a "rule follower," and the choice is simply whose rules they will obey: the self-destructive dictates of the flesh that lead to shame and death, or the transformative lordship of God that leads to sanctification and eternal life. Pastor Josh passionately urges the audience to stop just being informed and instead embrace the spiritual transformation and instantaneous freedom available today through Christ, reckoning themselves dead to sin and alive to God.
