Show Notes
In the finale to the Summer of Bonhoeffer, I sit down to review the film "Bonhoeffer: Agent of Grace." This film from 2000 depicts the last six years of Bonhoeffer's life, specifically his imprisonment. In this episode, I walk through my favorite portions of the film, highlighting some of the historical and questionable moments of the film. I talk about Bonhoeffer's relationship with his fiancé Maria and her life after the war. I also give some of my thoughts on cancel culture and why we need heroes.
