072 Tanner Gers: I'm Blind, What Is Your Excuse?

I've never in my life heard of a Blind Used Car Salesman. That was one of the professions that Tanner Gers (pronounced Geeeeers) found himself after waking from a coma with a literal hole in his face. Tanner makes this powerful statement as he began rebuilding his life, "I am not an anomaly,..I am not a unicorn." Depression and anxiety are growing around the world among our teens and early twenties in part because they feel so out of place, or are at least perceived to be so out of place. Tanner gives us all an appropriate shot of truth and what it is genuinely like to "look" different, and how he has grown through the difference.
