Und die Erfahrungen sind durchweg gut, denn die Staus werden weniger, der Feinstaub ebenfalls und die Busse kommen besser durch. In MutmachMeinung plädiert Hajo Schumacher für eine Autogebühr in der Berliner Innenstadt. Allerdings unter einer Bedingung. Hört selbst.
