This week the trio review ‘Rooster' a new comedy on Sky and HBO Max, brought to us by Bill Lawrence, the creator of Scrubs and Ted Lasso. The series follows a novelist called Greg Russo, played by Steve Carrell, who returns to a University where his daughter works after her husband has an affair with a student.
Next, Amazon Prime's 'Young Sherlock' is an eight-part series directed by the infamous Guy Ritchie. The series explores the origin story of the legendary detective and his first ever case. Finally ‘Vladimir' on Netflix, an eight-part adaptation of the book by Julia May Jona. It follows the life of M, played by Rachel Weisz, a professor who becomes obsessed with a new member to the faculty called Vladimir, played by Leo Woodall.
