This week episode is not in Spanish, as per the last eight. Thankfully I had the opportunity of chatting with a skillful guitar player and composer, Rik Avalos. We recorded this episode last Thursday and we immediately jumped to music as musicians do when they have an audition. It was one of those experiences hard to describe. Our conversation was very organic, opened and relaxed. We walked thru memory lane, LP’s our guitar heroes, and anxiety. As a person suffering from anxiety, as well, I could relate to all those moments when it hits you merciless. Anxiety, on lay terms, is a condition that makes the person worry too much.
