Episode 53 Paul Renna, musical life in Austin, Texas

On this episode I had for the first time a singer from Dallas/Austin, Texas. I met Paul in the not most random way, through Twitter. He asked me to listen to one of his tracks and it took me to another level. He is a great musician/singer and his lyrics will take you to another level. We talked about people missing the organic part of a live performance, that people are more concerned of taking a video while enjoying the music being performed in front of their eyes. We also talked how hard is the life of a musician and how some bar/café owners take advantage of you while you help him making a profit in their booze they sell, you named it. Musicians are a mean for these people and they take advantage of them. However, putting aside the bad side of music business, Paul through his lyrics and music will make you forget about it and take you to another level. He is a one man show, he does the bookings, social media, touring, graphics, stickers, songwritings, and at the same time he met his obligations as a father and husband; his family is everything for him. By the way, Paul Renna’s wife birthday is today, so make sure to wish her the best.
