Nació en Nueva York, 1955 Estados Unidos de América Vive en España desde 1975 de origen española y colombiano (TRIPLE nacionalidad) En 2016 Fundó y Presidió Academia Norteamericana de Literatura Moderna Internacional capítulo Reino de España hasta 2020. Representa en España a Movimiento Cultural Proyecto Sur Internacional así como a otras organizaciones Internacionales en áreas de la Cultura, la Literatura y el Medio Ambiente. Vicepresidente para Europa de la Fundación de Medio Ambiente FUNEMA INTERNACIONAL. Miembro de Comités Científicos y Literarios, Asociaciones Culturales, Movimientos y asociaciones ecológicas. Conferencista en Hispanoamérica y España. Sus poemas han sido traducidos a varios idiomas. Premiada y finalista de diversos certámenes de arte, poesía, medio ambiente y relaciones internacionales. Veintisiete libros de poemas publicados e incluida en incontables Antologías colectivas. Artículos y ensayos incluidos en revistas académicas, culturales, literarias y científica.
