Show Notes

We got curious to see what Andy Baldwin, one of Richard Allen's defense attorneys, is like in court so we decided to attend the opening days of the most recent murder trial he worked on.

In this case, the state is represented by Brown County, Indiana prosecutor Ted Adams- who used to work with Baldwin in criminal defense. Baldwin represents Randy Small, a man accused of murdering a neighbor in a property dispute. Small maintains he acted in self defense. As the trial concludes Adams, deputy prosecutor Rob Seet, Baldwin, and Criminal Defense Team attorney Kelly Pyle handle the final witnesses, deliver closing arguments, and await the verdict.
