Issei Sagawa was born with several serious health problems which lead doctors to believe he would not survive into adulthood. Despite the odds Issei grew up into a polite, yet troubled young man. For as long as he could remember, Issei was attracted to the idea of consuming human flesh but could not indulge in his hunger. After also having failed with women his entire life, Issei had finally reached the breaking point. He invited his classmate over to work on a fake school assignment so he could act out his ultimate fantasy.
