It can be hard to know how to help or react when your child expresses they are part of the LGBTQ+ community and want to transition, we want to ensure that our children can be who they want to be, but this can come with a lot of judgement from outsiders. Jake Graf joins us this week to tell us about his own transgender journey and how he froze his eggs and underwent a process of surrogacy to have his two children.
