2012年4月1日，韓國京畿道水原市發生一起駭人聽聞的殺人事件，一名28歲的上班族郭姓女子，在下班回家的路上，被一名陌生男子擄走並試圖實施侵犯，而就在女子反抗時慘遭殺害，兇手手段極其殘忍，作案後更是將遺體肢解，但更讓人氣憤的是，女子本有機會逃過一劫，卻因警方的玩忽職守導致女子最終失去生命，這起事件當年在韓國引起一片譁然，兇手可惡、而怠慢的員警更是讓人感到憤恨
