The Movie Gumshoes are breaking and entering, strictly for investigative purposes, of course. Their target? The home of Santiago, the precinct’s most decorated detective, who’s vanished without a trace. No note. No badge. Just a cold cup of coffee and a stack of old VHS tapes.
But they’re not alone. In the dim glow of a lava lamp and a suspiciously humming fish tank, they stumble across a stranger a man from Santiago’s past, cloaked in mystery and drenched in cryptic one-liners. Who is he? A friend? A foe? Or just someone with very strong opinions about Luc Besson’s wardrobe choices?
Together, they dust off The Fifth Element (1997) a sci-fi odyssey bursting with flying cars, fashion-forward priests, and Bruce Willis trying to save the universe with a multi-pass and a sarcastic smirk. As the trio unpacks the chaos, the clues to Santiago’s disappearance begin to emerge…
