Imagineers are who create the rides at Disney parks and they might be the most important workers at the parks. In this episode, Blake and JJ are pitching some ideas they would like to see become reality in the parks. These ideas are concepts for rides that they'd try to create in the parks (specifically Disneyland) if they were Imagineers.
