Starting in September, give your poinsettia 12 hours of uninterrupted darkness each night – a cool, dimly lit room is perfect. Keep the temperature around 65 degrees and fertilize regularly with a balanced houseplant food. By Thanksgiving, you'll be rewarded with those iconic colorful bracts!
