The cut numbers swap T, A, U, V, E, B, D, and N for 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, and 9, respectively. For each four-digit number, try to head-copy it. First, the number is sent in Morse code. Then it is spoken. And finally, it is sent again in More code. If you missed it the first time when it was sent, the second time allows you an opportunity to learn the words.
