It's the tail end of kitten season at the humane society people! Plus every dog there is a good dog, I adopted a random POS brown garbage dog there 2 months ago and he is rad as hell. Also check the pavement temperature when you are walking your dog. If it's too hot to touch, leave em home or put shoes on that dog!
