A new study found that heavy cannabis use is linked to reduced brain activity during tasks requiring working memory. This suggests cannabis may impact cognitive function.
The study, the largest of its kind, examined over 1,000 adults aged 22–37 and classified heavy users as those who had used cannabis over 1,000 times.
