Or maybe he’s only thinking out loud about potentially reversing himself and backing an extension of tax credits that keep health insurance affordable for millions of American families. Either way, Republicans in Congress show signs of heading to the exits and not running for reelection in 2026, feeling left out of the loop — as would be expected when they won’t stand up for themselves.
