Despite facing a complex heart condition and a challenging prognosis, Matthew has been thriving at home, thanks to the incredible support of the Foundation. Eilish, a theatre nurse, shares her family’s journey, the vital role Jack and Jill has played, and the strength and love that keeps them going each day.
