Draw in a deep breath,

and just let it take over you.

Let it extend through your core,

and radiate to your arms and legs.


PAUSE


Take another breath,

and feel as it opens 

your head and your mind

to peace and relaxation.


PAUSE


Now, imagine if you can,

a beautiful orb

dancing in front of you.

As it dances, 

it leaves a trail of light

with each move it makes.


PAUSE


Breathe in deep,

and hold your hands out.

Let the orb dance

into your hands.


PAUSE


As soon as it touches you,

a healing warmth

emanates from it,

bathing your fingers and hands

in healing energy.


PAUSE


Allow yourself 

to cup your hands

around the ball.

As you do,

feel the healing warmth

flow up through your

arms and shoulders.


PAUSE


Now, take a deep breath,

and let the healing heat

from the orb

warm and relax your neck and head.


PAUSE


After a moment,

you feel the warmth

gently sliding down your back,

warming and healing

as it goes.


PAUSE


The heat from the orb

wraps around your abdomen

and your hips,

filling them with 

warmth and relaxation.


PAUSE


Then the orb moves gently

down your thighs and calves,

warming away any tension or stress,

before landing its healing heat

at your feet.


PAUSE

 

Now, take in another breath,

a breath that spreads 

the healing warmth of the orb

all through,

so you feel a gentle, relaxing warmth

in your body.


PAUSE


Breathe in again.

And as you do,

notice the orb

gently dances from your hands

and goes back into the air,

where it dances for a minute,

and then fades away.


PAUSE


Now, pause for a moment,

and feel the warmth of your body.

Allow yourself to know

that you can call the healing orb 

at any time.

It is there for you to heal

at any time,

day or night.
