Find a comfortable seat.

Let your hands rest easy in your lap,

palms open,

ready to let go.

PAUSE…

Take a deep, steady breath in —

feel your chest expand with fresh air.

Exhale slowly,

letting your shoulders drop

and your body settle deeper.

PAUSE…

Now, gently close your eyes

and imagine you are standing

at the edge of a quiet forest.

Tall trees surround you —

their leaves painted gold and red,
