Breathe in the peace

And relaxation.

Let the tension go

Like you’re on vacation.

Keep breathing in deep

Til you feel comfortable and calm.

Let your energy replenish

Until you feel strong.

Now, turn your focus

To chakra number two.

It’s your creative center,

And it’s opening for you.

Just think about for a minute,

So, visualize your abdomen

And the color orange aglow.

Your creative juices are readying

Shed the limits and stress

That feel like weights.

And see what you want 

Like it’s crystal clear,

With you in the image

Just like a mirror.

Maybe it’s artwork, writing 

or even a new job.

Maybe it’s a lifelong dream

 that is finally moving along.

Whatever you want,

It’s yours and yours alone.

So feel yourself in it and with it; 

You set the tone.

Hold onto how it feels,

Hold onto it tight.
