Tune into your breathing,

And let your breath

Ebb and flow

Like the tide.

PAUSE

Let it still you,

Quiet you,

Bring you to peace.

PAUSE

Creativity moves through you,

Like the waves of the ocean,

Flowing,

And changing,

And gifting the shore 

With new treasures.

PAUSE

Breathe into your creativity,

Feeling it lift you,

Feeling it fill you with joy.

PAUSE

Imagine, now, riding on 

Top of a wave,

As it travels the ocean.

PAUSE

The sun is gentle,

And the air balmy,

And as the wave moves,

You feel moved creatively.

PAUSE

Let the creative ideas and feelings

Flow through you,

Like the water around you,

Sparking you,

Motivating you,

Moving you

To manifest.

PAUSE 

Breathe.

Breathe into this manifesting energy,

And allow the vision of you creating

To rise to the surface.

Like an artist with a blank canvas,

The colors of your ideas evolve.

PAUSE

Now, feel the wave you’re riding surge,

And as it does,

So does your creative energy and

Manifesting power.

Embrace them.

Claim them.

Know them.

They are yours.

PAUSE

Slowly, the wave rolls to shore,

And releases you to the sand,

Where the creative spirit continues

Rippling through you,

Flowering within you,

Moving you to manifest.
