There are times in life

When barriers keep us away,

When we don’t do want we want,

And just go about our day.

PAUSE

It’s like sitting at a window

And looking out at the world,

But inside your passion

Just wants to unfurl.

PAUSE

So, breathe in deep

Some calming air,

Let it soothe your body,

And free your mind from its cares.

PAUSE

And while you keep breathing,

And looking out the window,

Feel this passion inside

Really light up and glow.

PAUSE

As this fire is lit, 

You’re not sure what to do,

Let grow inside you,

And bring out the truth.

PAUSE

Now that the flame is fanned,

You can really see,

What you want do

With conscious clarity.

PAUSE

So, imagine now,

You break the window,

You step into your life,

And continue to grow.

PAUSE 

So breathe again,

And set the fear aside,

Your heart is speaking to you,

It’s your trusted guide.

PAUSE

Now that your past

The window’s boundary,

What does the heart say

That will keep you free?

PAUSE

You listened once,

And shattered the window,

Now listen again,

And when you know,

Just go.

PAUSE

So, take in one more breath, 

One of deep faith,

And praise yourself,

Because now,

You’re on your way.
