Breathe,

And dive deep into yourself,

Letting go of all

the stress and worry

around you.

Breathe,

And let your shoulders sink,

allowing your whole body,

to completely relax.

Now, imagine the color blue,

A bright blue,

Opening up before you.

PAUSE

Now, in your mind,

Just observe 

as the blue unfolds

into a magnificent sky,

with wisps of white clouds,

spanning into the forever.

PAUSE

Take a minute,

and just behold

the beauty of the sky.

PAUSE

Now, imagine the blue changing,

Moving downward

as it transforms into

the deep blue sea,

Calm and serene.

PAUSE

Take a minute,

and just behold

the calm of the sea.

Allow the wisdom of the sea

to rise within you.

PAUSE

Now, visualize the blue

transforming again,

This time,

changing into light,

and gently enfolding

your throat chakra.

PAUSE

Take a minute,

And just behold the blue

In your throat chakra.

Let it open your channel of expression.

PAUSE 

Now, imagine that blue

spreads all around you,

Like a blue aura,

Blending into your spirit.

Bringing its gifts of…

Expression.

Calm.

And wisdom.

Breathe in the gifts of blue.

PAUSE

Pause, and let the gifts of blue

really descend into you,

really dwell within you.

And now,
