What do I need right now?ย 

This has become one of my favorite questions to ask myself,

When Iโ€™m feeling overwhelmed,

Stressed,ย 

Angry,

Or sad.ย 


It slows me down,ย 

And shifts me softly out of the emotion,

And into the arms of gentle self-love.ย 


Being mindful of our needs,ย 

Is the first step in consciously creating lives we love.ย 


So letโ€™s take a moment to simply sit with this question for a bit.ย
