You may not know it,
But you are like
A beautiful stained glass window,
Filled with different colors,
Different shapes,
And different parts,
That come together to create you.
PAUSE
So, take a step back,
And gaze at the
Parts of your stained glass window,
The beauty and the craftsmanship
Of all that has gone into making you.
PAUSE
Now, breathe.
And see the kaleidoscope of colors,
Meticulously arranged in the window. .
PAUSE
See the yellow of your mind,
Your mental energy.
Breathe.
And take in that energy.
PAUSE
See the red of your action,
The passion in you.
Breathe.
And take in the power of action.
PAUSE
Look at the cobalt blue,
Your originality and enlightened perception.
Breathe.
And take in originality and enlightenment.
PAUSE
Notice the green,
Your health.
Breathe.
And take in good health.
PAUSE
Behold the purple glass,
Your spiritual connection.
Breathe.
And take in this spiritual connection.
PAUSE
Now, center yourself.
And breathe.
And see all these pieces of stained glass,
Assembled in beauty,
As you.
