Sometimes, in life,

It feels like doors close,

options narrow,

And you feel stuck 

In negativity.


In these times,

You need to find 

Your windows.


PAUSE


So, breathe and relax,

Deep into your body,

Deep into your mind,

Deep into your soul.


PAUSE


And let the muscles soften,

And any tension melt,

Til you find your center,

Your place of peace.


PAUSE


Bathe yourself in peace.

Let it wash over you,

Let it keep you in a safe space,

Let it keep your light shining.


PAUSE


And if you feel fear creeping in,

Or feelings of being stuck pushing through,

Or sadness and grief drowning you,

Just pause.


Give a gentle nod to the feelings,

Open a window,

And let them pass through.


PAUSE


Now return to your breathing.


And, as you breathe,

Imagine letting go of the blocks 

In your life,

All the doors you see as closed.


Now, visualize these dissolving like magic,

And their dust floating out the window.


Enjoy the peace this brings.


PAUSE 


And while holding this place of peace,

Imagine finding a different window,

A special window,

That you see yourself opening.


PAUSE


When you open the window,

Beautiful white light streams in,

Warming you,

Protecting you,

Healing you.


You give yourself permission

To feel all the gifts of the light.


PAUSE


The light invites you 

To take the next step.

So breathe in deep.

Slowly, slowly breathe.


PAUSE


Now see yourself 

Climbing through the window

Completely into the light,

Fully enveloped in the gifts

Of the light.


PAUSE


And, while in the light,

You acknowledge 

That a window 

Can help you let go.


And a window 

Can be climbed through

To move forward.
