Take a deep breath in,And let your body relax,Feel yourself sinking into this moment.As you breathe, allow any tension to gently melt away.

Now, imagine a smooth pebble resting at the bed of a clear stream,The water flowing gently around it,Carrying with it a sense of calm.With every breath you take,Feel the water moving softly around this pebble.
