Come back to presence.
When youβre drowning in emotions,
Come back to presence.
Your point of power lives in the present moment.Β
Which means that right here,
Right now,
Is the only moment that exists.Β
And itβs here for you to step deeper into your true self.Β
Ready for you to make a decision,
Or take inspired action,
Or allow yourself to rest completely.
This present moment is yours to mold,
Itβs the only moment you have any control over at all.Β
So rest deeply right now, my love,
And come back to presence anytime you drift.
Because here is where all the cosmic questions of the universe are answered,
Here is where eternal peace resides.Β
Here is where you are plugged into the divine source of it all.
