Take a deep breath in…And as you exhale, feel your body begin to relax,Let go of any heaviness you may be carrying.

PAUSE…

Breathe in again…This time, feel the breath fill your chest,Feel the air filling you with calm,And as you exhale, let go of the weight in your body.

PAUSE…

Now, settle into your natural rhythm of breathing,Not forcing it, just allowing it.Notice the cool air as it enters your body,And the warm air as it leaves.
