The group welcome in Tom Bogert to discuss all the latest trades, transfers, and signings on this deadline day in MLS as well as the "cash-for-player" trade system now in play in MLS. Clubs may use unlimited cash for intra-league transfers and are allowed 2 signings and 2 sales with cash per season. This provides flexibility beyond using other assets, i.e. general allocation money.
