Cases can come to a roadblock for a number of reasons. But, what if that dead end comes, not because of lack of evidence or witnesses, but because the police don’t seem to want to investigate the case? On April 2nd 1974 a pair of twins were born and, at the age of just 15, were thrust into a case that, due in large part to a faulty investigation, remains unsolved even decades later.
