DNA testing has come a long way and has done some incredible things over the last 30 or so years. On April 22nd 1981 a young girl was murdered and left nameless alongside a road in Troy, Ohio. And,while DNA would finally give her her identity back, it has yet to give us the name of the man or woman responsible for her murder.
