September 12th: Conrad Roy Born (1995)

Can someone be responsible for murder if they aren’t the person holding the weapon? It’s a question that, still to this day, gives a lot of people pause. How much responsibility does it take to change a case from suicide, to manslaughter, to murder? On September 12th 1995 a young boy was born who would go on to take his own life. A crime that his teenage girlfriend, a girl who did nothing to help him, went to trial over.
