No victim deserves to die. No matter what their killer may think. On April 8th 2002 a man was executed for taking the lives of 16 women in a bid to “clean up the streets”. A man who was one of the worst serial killers in Iranian history and, despite that, has many who support his crimes and view him as a hero.
