Today’s story is complicated to say the least. On the surface, it seems like the deaths of 100 or more women have been solved, placing a man born on September 19th 1947 behind bars for the rest of his life. But, with new victims showing up even to this day, corruption in the police department, and a city overrun with crime, it’s difficult to say who is responsible and just how many serial killers are running around Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.
