December 8th: Frank Vitkovic Kills (1987)
When the perpetrator of a crime dies before being taken into police custody, it becomes impossible to answer the millions of questions that are left in their wake. On December 8th 1987 a man walked into an office building and began a shooting spree that ended only when he fell from an 11th floor window. In his wake he left question upon question that will never be answered much to the dismay of those affected by his crime.
