Sometimes the red flags are hard to see and other times they are so glaring they are impossible to ignore. On July 8th 2003 a man opened fire on his workplace and, in the aftermath of his attacks, the red flags he waved were made public and in the opinions of most, seemed far too bright to be ignored.
