When a jury is swayed one way or another, sometimes personal opinions and presentation of evidence can muddy an already complicated trial. On March 20th 2009 a young man was found guilty for a truly heinous crime. One he claims he did not commit and was only found guilty because of his sexuality and a conservative jury.
