DNA has come a long way and years old crimes are being solved left and right with these advances. But, many argue the extraction of DNA is a violation of one's privacy. On March 20th 1962 a man was born who, had his DNA been extracted during his early offenses, would never have been able to take the lives of 11 women around the Chicago area.
