August 14th: Fred Neulander Born (1941) Religious leaders are held to the highest form of trust. At least, most of them. On August 14th 1941 a man was born who would become a beloved rabbi and founder of a temple in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. A man who was struck with tragedy when his wife of more than 28 years was brutally murdered in a robbery gone wrong. At least, that was the working theory.
