June 16th: Kenneth Harrison's First Call Came in (1969)
Some nicknames given to gruesome killers spark fear in the hearts of citizens. Others don’t seem to have that same impact. On June 16th 1969 a call came into Boston police alerting them to the location of a dead body and, for the first time, naming a serial killer known only as The Giggler.
