When we hear these stories, we often think of how the families of the victims are affected by the tragedy that was forced into their lives. But, do we ever stop to think of the families of the cold blooded killers? On June 27th 1951 Queensland's first and most notorious convicted serial killer was born and, though this is the story of his crimes, it centers around the way he affected another innocent girl who was touched by the dark decisions of a man who was supposed to love her. His own young daughter.
